In 5-10 years, I will buy an empty medium-sized lot where I will build my house.
It will be in the Tahoe or Salt lake area, (possibly another location I haven't found yet) and it will have some flat ground for building. Not to mention, it will have a fair bit of trees and other nature to keep it cool in the summer while making it look inviting.
Once I purchase the empty lot, I will build this prefab garage on it.
After the garage, I will buy and assemble a prefab house that is about 3 bedrooms 3 baths, in the 1k-1.5k square footage range. I am not sure what this will look like because I won’t research it until I am close to buying it.
I will customize the inside of each of these buildings to the absolute maximum because I love organization with all of my heart. The inside will be big enough to chill, but still have the “tiny home” feel because everything serves numerous purposes.
The bottom line about my house is that it will be easy to maintain, but an enjoyable place to spend time at. I will spend 3-6 months per year living out of this house.
I will also have an adventure rig of my dreams that I build myself. This will be on the back of a truck, either a custom body or an ambulance. I will spend 3-6 months per year living out of my van.
The last part of my lifestyle is that I will travel to and from Airbnb’s in the areas I most desire with only a backpack. I will spend 3-6 months per year doing this.
